Workshop 2 Let’s Get Moving


Our body is designed for movement.  In today’s sedentary “golf-cart” age our body can become stagnant, reducing our range of movement and speeding up the ageing process. Over time, old injuries and habitual patterns of moving may alter the way we move, contributing to pain and inflammation.
This workshop identifies challenges faced in the workplace, looks at how our body prefers to function and ways to improve posture and ease of movement.
