Workshop 3 Mental Health Moments 
Habitual ways of thinking, along with how we talk to ourselves and others, affects our emotional and mental well-being, which has flow-on consequences throughout our entire body. This workshop provides participants with the skills needed to identify and move from unproductive stressful patterns, to experience an improved sense of well-being.  An upbeat attitude positively enhances performance and the culture of the workplace as well as improving family dynamics.
